  2. Complete the pioneering runs, 1 stage left to do
  3. Conduct Risk Assessment runs of each stage to check for Danger/Hazard points, necessary marshalling points, accuracy of route description and car parking availability.
  4. Publicity - Ask runners to leave handouts at all events to which they go.
  5. We need
  6. Drink stations: Sainsbury's have been asked to supply 300 small bottles of water - awaiting confirmation.
  7. Clarify parking places (see Risk Assessment above) and, in certain cases, ask permission.

  2. There will not be a sweep runner for each stage - except stage 11 to ensure that gates are closed.
  3. Toilets - None - Difficult for 14 stages.

    Each team will be required to supply Marshals to marshal one stage each of the relay. These marshals will be given instructions for the minimum marshaling required. Each team captain will be advised to ask each member of his/her team to pioneer their stages of the relay prior to race day.
